  • Representative Payee

    Representative Payee services are available to individuals receiving Social Security Disability and/or Supplemental Security Income who are having difficulty handling their finances.

  • This free website allows you to create an account, take a research-based financial personality assessment, and learn how your personality affects your money decisions.

  • Individual Development Account (IDA)
    Individual Development Account (IDA)

    Asset building program to help households who are able to save earned monthly income obtain home ownership, start or improve a small business, or higher education. Participants who save $500 for education or small business will receive an 8-1 match. ($4,000). Participants saving for a home must save $1000, and the agency matches 4-1 ($4,000). Requirement are the participant must have successfully completed our financial literacy course and be income eligible. Program requires six months minimum participation before any qualified withdrawals after savings goal and literacy course completion.

  • HOME ARP

    The HOME American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP) assists participants by reducing homelessness and increasing housing stability. It involves one-on-one intensive case management and working on goals to help the household become self-sufficient.
